Stu says:
"If you play it they will come.
Stealin' Dan brings their special
brand of musical larceny to every show.
If you've been lucky enough
to catch this band before, you
know that no Steely Dan song escapes the wand of their musical magic.
Whether it be a note-for-note
cover, or an original funky arrangement, all
songs are infused with the energy and intelligence that the material
demands.
Check out their next gig and
find out what thousands have already discovered...STEALIN' DAN ROCKS!!!
"
While listening to you guys play
last night my son turned to me & said
"I'm really glad you turned
me on to steely dan when I was a kid!" I guess
that pretty well sums up the
great show you put on for us. Thanksmuch ,see
you next show. Nick

P.S. I THINK YOU SHOULD MENTION
DURING THE BAND INTRO'S THAT ONE OF
YOUR DANETT'S IS RELATED
TO UNCLE FLOYD!!!!(AND JIMMY V )
Oh yeah, this is true too.. Melissa
Vivino, one of our very own Danettes is a cousin of Jimmy Vivino (of Conan
O'Brian fame) and Floyd Vivino (Uncle Floyd!) - ed
Your web site is gear, fab and

Beatles). I dig it.

In 1976, Ithaca, NY was briefly terrorized by a serial killer. Known locally as the Suspension Bridge Strangler, this clever murderer was never caught. His victims were invariably found with extensive alterations to their bridgework, and some with amateurish root-canals. All were dead, all killed the same way; their breathing passages blocked with little cylinders of absorbant cotton.
It should be noted that the Suspension Bridge Strangler and Dr. Stuart Yurman were in Ithaca at that time, both took an unhealthy interest in other peoples' mouths, and they have never been seen together.
Just a friendly warning...
I've heard of you since your
inception... i finally got to see you guys in farmingdale
...pretty impressive.. hopefully
I'll make it to the March 20th gig.
I'll know you guys but you won't recognize my friends or I. However ... I will be grinning maniacally and uncontrollable (given the opportunity to hear SD in such an intimate setting as a club).
I'm planning on leaving Hazleton at 6:30 for the 3
hour drive (give or take) to Crawdaddy's. I assume you guys'll start
around 10:30-11:00 'till 2 so I'll see youns there. Have a great
show.
'Til the wheels fall off...
Dave
See you whenever,
Don Story (dostory@banet.net)
Marie Lewis and I had a great time on Friday night at Crawdaddy's. Your band is fantastic, lot's of talent on the stage the other night. Next time we'll bring the "old men" with us. We can only give you four stars and a rave review. See you soon.
Regards,
Diane Arrighi
P.S. Does the cover charge also include a free gum treatment?

for the hamptons. I hope to see you guys out here again, alot of
my friends wished they had gone after being told what a
